Jethro Governance Solutions (JGS) adopted the "Care and Growth" model of people and leadership development as its philosophy, as developed by Etsko Schuitema

After 35 years of experience within the public sector (18 years of which were in senior and executive management service, provincial and national), Jethro Governance Solutions (JGS) founder and professional educator, Errol R. Gradwell saw the need to build a strong network that would provide management and governance solutions to challenged individuals, entities, enterprises and departments.

Recent Projects

Align the organisation 

The President of the Republic of South Africa promulgated the Property Practitioners Act of 2019 to establish the Public Practitioners Regulatory Authority. This changed the form of the organisation from a board to a regulatory authority. JGS assisted by aligning the strategic, operational plan and the budget to respond to the new legislation. 


Develop Quality Leadership

JGS has also joined forces with Ennea International, a global outfit that provides innovative products and holistic solutions that promote team effectiveness. Through the efforts of JGS and Ennea, quality leadership is created and winning teams that are characterised by high performance and effective working relationships are ensured. In order to achieve positive sustainable change; product, process and methodology is combined with Integral Coaching and Action Learning methodology.

The founder and CEO of JGS managed over the years to develop a strong Global Network in the sectors they are operating in. In terms of the energy sector, he has networked with Spanish companies such as Abengoa, Iberdrola, Elecnor and Acciona. In Italy, the major European partnership, Roncucci & Partners is in Bologna, Emelia Romagna where they have their headquarters. R&C has established business units in all the BRICS membership countries and Turkey and JGS has the liberty to leverage on these opportunities. Engaging with Rosatom and Mephi University in Moscow has added to the rich exposure of the CEO of JGS.

Our experience spans every industry

With vast experience in networking, research and innovation, training and development, organizational development as well as coaching and mentoring, the founder and Chief Executive of Jethro Governance Solutions holds two Masters degrees, one in Counselling and Psychology (Ohio, USA) and the other in Politics and Political Economy (Nelson Mandela University, RSA). As former CEO of the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority, Errol has established a strong footprint in the education and training, energy, water, and environment sectors with a network straddling Africa, Asia, Europe, and the USA.
